By accessing or using GrantBeam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including organizations and individual representatives.

2. Description of Service

GrantBeam is an AI-powered platform that helps nonprofit organizations discover grant opportunities and generate draft applications. Our service includes grant matching, AI-assisted drafting, deadline tracking, and application management tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate organization information to receive relevant grant matches. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. AI-Generated Content

GrantBeam uses artificial intelligence to generate draft grant applications and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed, edited, and verified before submission. GrantBeam does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or the success of any grant application.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: submitting fraudulent grant applications, reverse-engineering our matching algorithms, using automated tools to scrape data, or sharing account access with unauthorized parties.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using GrantBeam, including edited drafts and application materials. GrantBeam retains ownership of its platform, algorithms, and proprietary technology. Grant data sourced from public databases remains in the public domain.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrantBeam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to unsuccessful grant applications or missed deadlines.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
